  • In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, returns are only accepted if products are faulty or not as described.

  • Claims for faulty or incorrectly delivered items must be lodged within 5 days of delivery. Please provide details and, where possible, photographs to assist our team in resolving the issue.

  • Custom-made or printed orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has commenced, except where faulty or not supplied as agreed.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched from our WA warehouse.

  • Delivery times and costs depend on your location and the courier service chosen at checkout.

  • We cannot guarantee delivery times and are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

  • By placing an order, you agree that deliveries may be left unattended at the delivery address (“Authority to Leave”) if no one is available to accept them.
