How should I measure my box?

Use internal length × width × height in millimetres. Allow room for your product and any protective packing. If you’re unsure, describe what you’re packing in your enquiry.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Ready-stock pack quantities are listed on the product pages. Custom minimums depend on dimensions, board and printing; we’ll confirm them with your quote.

Can I add my branding?

Tell us your preferred print placement and finish. We’ll confirm the suitable production options. You can send artwork when we reply to your enquiry.

How do shipping and delivery work?

Ready-stock shipping details are available on the product pages and at checkout. Custom and bulk freight is quoted using your requirements and delivery postcode. We do not currently offer customer pickup.

How long will a custom order take?

Timing depends on specifications, approvals, production and freight. Share your preferred timeframe and we’ll confirm feasibility before you commit.
